Professional Development

Your association provides professional development opportunities that creates industry leaders like you. From Continuing Education Courses and the latest Designation Opportunities to our Power Hour Series and On-Demand Webinars, our team continues to find the latest opportunities for your team to grow and lead our industry and economy.

Advocacy

RRAR builds relationships with local and statewide municipalities and elected officials. Advocacy efforts by our staff and REALTOR leadership were never more apparent than in 2020 when REALTORS were deemed essential by the Wake County Commission, and the State of North Carolina during the COVID-19 Pandemic.

These and other efforts are why advocacy at your Association are so important to our members.

Our REALTOR® Political Action Committee fights for the rights of our members and your clients.  

Global

Our global program at RRAR is a five-time platinum award-winning program!  Our association works with NC REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS® to provide you with information on the global real estate market.  Our association is the NAR 2020 Ambassador Association of the Year with India.  Take your business beyond borders with these great offerings...

A key part of becoming a successful REALTOR® is connecting with others in the industry.  Our association has a network of councils and committees, something for everyone!

RRAR welcomes REALTORS® from all walks of life, our association is a place of inclusion where we are committed to creating a safe environment where all feel welcome.  Our Diversity Committee has covered topics of inclusion, equality, and have had tough conversations throughout the year.  Our 2020 President, Lewis Grubbs, created a Presidential Advisory Group to tackle some of these diversity issues within our association.  This group discussed honest and open changes that were presented to our Board that will help shape our Association for years to come.
 
REALTOR® Giving Network
 
The REALTOR® Giving Network is our non-profit arm where REALTORS® support nonprofits that provide a basic human need - housing.
 
Some of RGN's accomplishments:
  • 107 apartments furnished for families transitioning out of homelessness
  • 306 A/C units delivered to local seniors
  • $210,102 in grants donated to local housing nonprofits in 2024.
  • $Total of $798,245 in the lifetime total of REALTOR® Giving Network
