How to Join RRAR

2. REALTOR® Member Dues for 2025 are $690 and pro-rated monthly. This amount includes your Local, State, and National Dues.
Dues must be paid by Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, or American Express.
There is a $300 application fee for the processing of all new/reinstating REALTOR® members. 

3. After the application is processed, you will receive a welcome email including portal log-in details. This will notify you to complete the RRAR New Member Orientation and the Code of Ethics course. 
(Failure to complete both courses of New Member Orientation and Code of Ethics, within 60 days of applying for membership will result in your termination of membership benefits and forfeiture of your application fee and the used portion of your prorated dues)

Applicants for REALTOR® membership shall be granted provisional membership immediately upon submission of completed Membership Application and remittance of applicable dues and $300 non-refundable application fee. Provisional members will be considered REALTORS® and shall be granted the same privileges and obligations of membership. As a condition of your membership, you agree to complete the Association’s orientation course within 60 days and on your own initiative thoroughly familiarize yourself with, and abide by, the Code of Ethics of the National Association of REALTORS®, including the duty to arbitrate business disputes in accordance with the Code and the Association’s Arbitration Manual and the constitutions, bylaws, rules and regulations of the Raleigh Regional Association of REALTORS®, the North Carolina Association and the National Association of REALTORS®.
