How to Join RRAR

1. Download and Complete our Member Application

2. Submit the completed application with payment by email to [email protected] or by dropping it off in person at 111 Realtors Way - Cary, NC 27513. (REALTOR® Member Dues are $521 for 2019 and $541 for 2020, but are prorated monthly for new members. This amount includes your Local, State, and National Dues. Dues must be paid by Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, American Express, money order or check. There is a $300 application fee for processing of all new/reinstating REALTOR® Members.

3. Once you have received your welcome email, login to your member portal and register for New Member Orientation
(Failure to complete the course of New Member Orientation, which includes your Code of Ethics, within 60 days of applying for membership will result in your termination of membership benefits and forfeiture of your application fee and the used portion of your prorated dues)

Triangle MLS training for New Subscribers is completed online. 
(New subscribers will receive an email from [email protected] to take the Triangle MLS Orientation training online. TMLS must first be able to verify your license and have already received all completed forms and payment. POLICY EFFECTIVE AUGUST 18, 2017 - Applicants for REALTOR® membership shall be granted provisional membership immediately upon submission of completed Membership Application and remittance of applicable dues and $300 non-refundable application fee. Provisional members will be considered REALTORS® and shall be granted the same privileges and obligations of membership. As a condition of your membership, you agree to complete the Association’s orientation course within 60 days and on your own initiative thoroughly familiarize yourself with, and abide by, the Code of Ethics of the National Association of REALTORS®, including the duty to arbitrate business disputes in accordance with the Code and the Association’s Arbitration Manual and the constitutions, bylaws, rules and regulations of the Raleigh Regional Association of REALTORS®, the North Carolina Association and the National Association of REALTORS®.
