About PMC
The Property Management Council represents property managers that have heightened expertise and industry knowledge to assist them in doing the best possible job. They are real estate professionals who know first-hand the unique challenges of managing rental property in today's constantly changing economic and legislative environment. Members are accepted from any NC REALTORS® Board.
Programs are designed to educate and enlighten our members regarding Landlord-Tenant Law and how it applies to Property Managers and their clients. Open discussions of services and supplies are encouraged at all meetings, where time allows. Establishing new points of contact outside the meetings is a benefit to each member.
