After three years at the helm of RRAR and 30+ years in the Realtor industry, CEO Dave Phillips announced that he would step down as the leader of Raleigh Regional Association of Realtors when his contract expires at the end of October.
Dave discusses with Kevin the importance of having a focused strategic plan, the strength of the RRAR staff, and why on-boarding is key to the next leader's success.
