  • License Law and Commission rule changes
  • Licensing and education updates
  • Broker-in-Charge responsibilities

The course satisfies the four-hour mandatory Update requirement for North Carolina Brokers-in-Charge and BIC-Eligible brokers for the 2026–2027 license year. Completing BICUP by June 10, 2027, is required to maintain BIC or BIC-Eligible status.
