- Fraudulent and fake sellers
- Fair housing
- Frequently asked questions from the NCREC
- License Law and Commission rule changes
- Licensing and education updates
The course satisfies the four-hour mandatory Update requirement for eligible North Carolina brokers for the 2026–2027 license year. Continuing education must be completed by June 10, 2027.
Important: Brokers-in-Charge and brokers with BIC-Eligible status must complete the BICUP course instead of GENUP to maintain their status.
