RRAR Named Ambassador Association of the Year

In 2020, the National Association of REALTORS® recognized the importance of RRAR's global programming with the highly sought after Ambassador Association of the Year Award in 2020 for efforts in creating new and innovative programing benefiting US and Indian REALTORS®. RRAR has served as Ambassador Association to NAR-India since 2018 and fostered an exceptionally fruitful relationship with both Associations. Annual Foreign Investment in US Homes Declines 5%

EB-5 Visa: A Tool for US Economic Recovery?

In light of the coronavirus pandemic causing challenges in the economy, the EB-5 visa program can be a powerful tool to help stimulate economic development and create jobs. The EB-5 Immigrant Investor program is a residency-by-investment program created by congress in 1990 to stimulate the economy through the injection of foreign capital investments that are also required to generate jobs. TIC Rebrands to Global Advisory Group

To further reinforce the Raleigh Regional Association of REALTORS®'s commitment to global investment, the RRAR Board of Directors has voted to rebrand the Triangle International Council into the newly named and restructured "Global Advisory Group." This transition will bring more global resources to the full RRAR membership and allow for the Association to streamline its global members, Ambassador Association ties with NAR-India, and other internationally themed events and networking opportunities.

2019 started off with a BANG as the Triangle International Council welcomed International Developer Michael Cobb of ECI Development! REALTORS® See Strong International Activity, Organize Conference

Members of the National Association of REALTORS®, will travel to Hanoi, Vietnam to join experts in the real estate industry from all over the world to learn, share, connect and transact during the 2018 International Real Estate Conference. International Activity in U.S. Slows According to REALTOR® Survey

Rising home prices and low inventory led to a decline in foreign home purchases in the United States. Total international sales totaled $121 billion during April 2017 to March 2018, a 21 percent decline from the previous 12-month period, according to an annual survey from the National Association of Realtors®.
