Do you want to make a powerful impact on the future of our REALTOR® Association? Would you like to be more involved and stand up for private property rights and our real estate industry? If so, running for the Raleigh Regional Association of REALTORS® Board of Directors is for you!
Rules and responsibilities for those open positions are below, along with our Conflict of Interest Policy.

Board of directors - Candidate Application


President-Elect Requirements
- To serve as President-Elect, the Member must have served 2 of the past 5 years as a Director at RRAR. 
 
Secretary-Treasurer Requirements 
- To serve as Secretary-Treasurer, the Member must have served 2 of the past 5 years as a Director at RRAR.

Director Position Requirements
- Must have been a member of RRAR for two (2) years in good standing,
- Must have actively served on and met at least two (2) items of the following criteria:
  1. One complete term of service on an RRAR committee within the last five (5) years.
  2. Been a member of a sanctioned RRAR council for at least one year (12 months) during the last five (5) years.
  3. Been a member of a presidentially appointed workgroup during the last five (5) years.
  4. Has previously served on the RRAR Board of Directors within the last five (5) years.
  5. Graduated from the Triangle REALTORS® Leadership Academy.
