RRAR Board Appoints New CEO

Raleigh Regional Association of REALTORS® Board of Directors has officially appointed David Phillips, CAE as Chief Executive Officer after a nationwide search.  He will assume day-to-day leadership of the association, as well as lead a search for a new President for Triangle Multiple Listing Service (TMLS).

Phillips owns Phillips Leadership and Consulting, a firm that assists associations with CEO searches, leadership development, and strategic planning.  He has 18 years of experience as a Chief Executive Officer for local and state REALTOR® associations in Virginia and Pennsylvania.  Phillips is also an accomplished author of Time to Lead: Three Leadership Gifts.

“The Raleigh Regional Association of REALTORS® is excited to welcome David as our new leader at the association,” said Brett Bushnell, 2021 RRAR President. “We are extremely excited with the wealth of knowledge David brings to RRAR.  He has Association experience and has expertise in strategic initiatives, as well as new and innovative ideas to push RRAR to the next level.”
