Tempo Access for Unlicensed Assistants:

Unlicensed assistants must attend Admin TEMPO training and submit a letter from their Broker-in-Charge requesting assistant access. This letter needs to specify if the assistant is receiving editing privileges for the entire office or for only one agent.

The TMLS does not charge user fees for unlicensed assistants.

Tempo Access for Licensed Assistants:

Licensed assistants must attend Admin TEMPO training and submit a letter from their Broker-in-Charge requesting assistant access. This letter needs to specify if the assistant is receiving editing privileges for the entire office or for only one agent.

The TMLS charges user fees ($50/month) for licensed assistants. In addition, if an administrative assistant’s license is affiliated with a Broker-in-Charge who is a member of the Raleigh Regional Association of REALTORS®, then he/she will also need to join the Raleigh Regional Association of REALTORS®.
