Association of REALTORS®(RRAR) Members Raleigh, NC (October 13, 2008) – Along with Mary Edna Williams - the choice for 2009 President-elect, members of the North Carolina Association of REALTORS® (NCAR) elected Raleigh REALTORS® Myra Zollinger, Jose Serrano and Elizabeth Allardice to leadership roles at the association’s state membership meetings in Charlotte. Myra Zollinger (CRS, GRI) was elected to the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) Board of Directors. Myra is a member of both the Raleigh and Chapel Hill Association of REALTORS®. Zollinger is an owner of Coldwell Banker Realty Center in Chapel Hill. Zollinger is former NCAR President and the 2006 NCAR REALTOR® of the year. Jose Serrano (ABR, CIPS, CRS, GRI and SRES) was elected as NC Real Estate Education Foundation Director for Region 10. During Serrano’s twenty-six year tenure as a REALTOR® he was NAR’s 2002 President Liaison of the Year, NC Council of Residential Specialists (CRS) of the year in 2003 and a board member of RRAR. Serrano is a broker associate at Re/Max United in Raleigh. Elizabeth Allardice (CIPS, CRS) was elected as Regional Vice President for Regional 10. Allardice was a member of the NCAR Board of Directors from 2005-2007, member of the NCAR Legislative Committee and a member of the board of the REATLOR® Foundation of the Triangle.
