Online Courses for NC Continuing Education Elective Credit


Below is a list of current courses offered for 4-hour elective credit:

  • Real Estate and Taxes              
  • Property Management and Managing Risk   
  • Environmental Issues
  •                                       
  • Intro to Commercial Real Estate
  • Risk Management
  • Real Estate Finance Today
  • Fair Housing
  • Buyer Representation
  • Ethics and Real Estate - Satisfies NAR's 4-Year ethics requirement
  • You will have thirty (30) days to complete the course for which you have registered.
  • You MUST fill out the affidavit in order to receive credit for your courses. Your information will not be submitted to the NC Real Estate Commission until we have received the completed affidavit.

Each course is $55 and are NC Real Estate Commission approved for Continuing Education elective credit.
