The Raleigh
Regional Association of REALTORS
holds elections for their 2004 Officers and twelve of their Board of Directors.
CARY – On October 7, 2003, the Raleigh Regional Association
of REALTORS® held their annual elections for 2004 Officers and Directors. Eddie
Speas, a new construction specialist with Ammons Pittman in Wake Forest, will
serve as the President for 2004. Vince Carey, a Broker with Coldwell Banker/Howard
Perry & Walston, will serve as President-Elect. Carolyn Kasdorf, a Broker
with Fonville Morisey, won the uncontested election for the office of Secretary-Treasurer.
Eddie Brown, this year’s president, will serve on the executive committee, along
with the new twelve officers as the association’s immediate past president.
Twelve
Directors were elected including: Mary Edna Williams, with Re/Max Capital
Realty; Marshall Gay, with Century 21 Russell Gay & Associates; Bill Guy,
with Howard Perry & Walston; Harriett Doggett, with Fonville Morisey;
Tom Smith, with Prudential Carolina Realty; Teresa Clark, with Fonville Morisey;
Ginny Tyndall, with Re/Max United; Mary Erazim, with York Simpson Underwood;
Tim Upchurch, with Re/Max; Diana Lambeth, with Prudential Carolina Realty;
Doss Madden, with Coldwell Banker Advantage; Phyllis York Brookshire, with
York Simpson Underwood.
Returning for their second
year term in 2004 are the following: Ross Rhudy, with Prudential Carolinas Realty;
Jose Serrano, with Re/MAX United; Kelly Cobb, with Fonville Morisey Realty;
Burks Crumpler, Sr., with Prudential Carolinas Realty; Dana Jones, with York
Simpson Underwood; Ida Terbet, with Re/MAX United; Mary Biathrow, with York
Simpson Underwood; Trish Taylor, with Fonville Morisey Realty; Gaye Burwell,
with Howard Perry & Walston; and Bill Owens, with Re/MAX united.
The
new president, along with the twelve Board of Directors, will be sworn in
at the 2004 Annual Inaugural Ball, which will be held on Friday, January 16,
2004, at Carolina Country Club.
