
RRAR Releases “Ask The Expert” Video
Posted: August 6, 2010RALEIGH, N.C. – Raymond Larcher, executive vice president of the Raleigh Regional Association of REALTORS® (RRAR) (http://www.rrar.com), has announced the release of the newest “Ask the Expert” video, featuring Stacey Anfindsen, a realtor specialist at the association. Anfindsen answers three questions submitted by members of RRAR about Triangle relocation, housing trends and location statistics. He discusses the pattern of northeasterners moving to the south, the effect of the first-time homebuyer tax incentive on the market, pending sales, buying trends and the areas of the Triangle that people gravitate toward.
