What is RAP?

If you are in an allied field such as a title or mortgage company, or any company that provides products or services to the real estate industry, the Raleigh Regional Association of REALTORS^® (RRAR) welcomes you to join the Raleigh Associate Program. 

By becoming a member of the Raleigh Associate Program (RAP), you are joining a professional association with more than 5000 members.  Our members impose high educational standards, subscribe to a strict Code of Ethics and take part in a wide variety of civic and community activities.

 

As a RAP member, you gain access to the real estate industry and the community through a variety of outlets including promotional materials, events and presence on the Raleigh Regional Association of REALTORS^® website.  You will have an opportunity to sponsor events that support the real estate industry and provide ample opportunity for "face time" with REALTORS^®.  In addition, your contact information and web site URL are published on our web site so that members can find you and your business.

 

The Annual Dues for a RAP member is $50, which runs from January 1-December 31.

Upcoming Sponsorship Opportunities

Gain exposure for your business at the numerous social and professional events attended by our REALTOR® members.

 

 

Orientation Classes - Each month, two orientation sessions are offered for new REALTOR^® members.  Sponsorships are available for $250/session (RAP discounted rate).  Get in on the ground floor with new REALTORS^® as they start their business and partner with them as they grow their business.

 

Continuing Education - Required and Elective Courses are offered throughout the year for REALTORS and numerous sponsorship opportunities are available.

 

Advertising - Whether you choose to advertise on our web site or through ads in our publications, RAP members receive advertising rate discounts.
