Types of RRAR Membership

REALTOR^®: Individuals who, as principals, partners, corporate officers, trustees, or branch office managers, are engaged actively in the real estate profession, including buying, selling, exchanging, renting or leasing, managing, appraising for others for compensation, counseling, or financing, building, developing or subdividing real estate, and who maintain or are associated with an established real estate office within the state of North Carolina. Annual dues of $456.00 and a $300.00 orientation fee are due at the time of registration. Dues are prorated monthly.

Raleigh Associate Program (RAP): The Raleigh Regional Association of REALTORS^® is proud to introduce RAP, the Raleigh Associate Program. If you are in an allied field such as a title or mortgage company, or any company that provides products or services to the real estate industry, we welcome you to join RAP. By becoming a member of RAP, you are joining a professional association with more than 5000 members and access to Association events, classes and publications.
