The NC Association of REALTORS® Forms Committee has been working since 2006 to update residential forms. The revised forms will be implemented January 1, 2011. Forms Committee Vice-Chair, George Bell, will explain the revised forms including the “new and improved” residential offer to purchase and contract form (OTP&C).
