The NC Association of REALTORS® Forms Committee has been working since 2006 to update residential forms. The new forms will be available on January 1, 2011. Forms Committee Vice-Chair, George Bell, will introduce and explain the new forms including the “new and improved” residential offer to purchase and contract form(OTP&C).
