The Raleigh Regional Association of REALTORS® is proud to offer its fourth annual Leadership Academy starting in March, 2012. Leadership skills are essential for your success as a leader in your industry or a volunteer in your community. Whether you are interested in leading people or affecting organizational change, the Triangle REALTOR® Leadership Academy will help you grow both personally and professionally, increase your effectiveness as a leader, and equip you with a resiliency that is essential in our ever changing profession.
Topics discussed will range from leadership concepts, planning and administration, communication skills, team building,spokesperson training and media relations, financial programs, issues and budgeting considerations, as well as community, government, and regulatory affairs – including participation in the “State of the Triangle” and NCAR Legislative Day. Taught by a nationally recognized faculty, the Triangle REALTORS® Leadership Academy will prepare and equip REALTOR® members for personal leadership opportunities in Association, community, civic, religious, and political arenas both now and in the future.
